HOW DOES THE PROCESS FLOW AND WHAT DOES IT REQUIRE?

All that what would really be needed to get up and running is mutual approval, which formally takes place against the employment contract draft. After that, we would start matching orders based on what is separately agreed. Naturally, we monitor the market on a daily basis and are in proactive contact with our customers and partner network.

Typically, the employment contract is signed when the start-up project has been confirmed, in which case the work begins within the notice period (14–30 days). Alternatively, the employment contract can be signed as a case-by-case procedure to enter into force within a calendar period of time.

The matter can be investigated without having to invest very significantly in personal time use. The investment would take the form of interviews related to open calls.
